Different materials require fundamentally different forming approaches. Our engineering team has accumulated hands-on experience across a wide range of industrial materials and their specific production challenges.
Carbon Fiber Composites
Prepreg and composite materials require precise and uniform pressure and temperature control. We design hot press systems with controlled heating cycles, uniform platen temperature distribution and precise pressure management -- critical for structural integrity in bicycle parts, helmets, automotive components and sports equipment.
EVA & XPE Foam
EVA and XPE foams are commonly cold formed for packaging, protective cases, sports protection, hats and other molded products. The main engineering challenges are dimensional stability and rebound control. We design cold forming systems that maintain consistent closing force and hold time to achieve accurate and repeatable dimensions.
PET Polyester Felt
PET polyester fiber felt commonly undergoes heating, pressing and cooling-forming sequences. Equipment must integrate reliable heating systems, controlled pressing and effective cooling to prevent post-forming deformation. Used in automotive interiors, acoustic panels, lampshades and storage products.
Sponge & Foam Composites
Sponge and foam composites are primarily hot pressed for multi-layer bonding and shaping. Applications include automotive cushions, pet products and composite foam panels. Engineering focus is on temperature uniformity across the platen, precise pressure control and reliable bonding between layers.
Powder Materials
Powder compacting requires precise and consistent pressure delivery, controlled ram speed and accurate position holding. We supply dedicated powder compacting hydraulic presses configured for specific material density targets, die sizes and required compacting forces -- ensuring part density uniformity and dimensional accuracy.
Metal Sheets & Composites
Metal sheet forming includes stamping, stretching, deep drawing, trimming and press fitting operations. Equipment configuration depends on the material gauge, part geometry, required tonnage and cycle time.
