Huajia is a B2B (business-to-business) manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic forming equipment, hydraulic presses, and automated production solutions. Our services are intended exclusively for business customers, including manufacturers, factories, purchasing managers, and industrial equipment buyers.

We do not sell directly to individual consumers. All transactions and communications are conducted on a business-to-business basis.

You may use our website for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

All equipment orders are subject to a formal sales contract between Huajia and the customer. The contract will specify:

• Equipment specifications and configuration
• Pricing and payment terms
• Manufacturing and delivery schedule
• Installation, commissioning, and training services
• Warranty terms and after-sales support
• Liability and dispute resolution

No order is binding until a signed contract is executed by both parties. Huajia reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment terms will be specified in the sales contract. Typical payment structures include:

• Deposit payment upon contract signing
• Progress payments during manufacturing
• Final payment before shipment or upon delivery

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed methods. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the contract.

Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in production delays or contract termination.

Delivery schedules are estimates based on current production capacity and are subject to change. Huajia will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but is not liable for delays caused by:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
• Supply chain disruptions or material shortages
• Customer-requested design changes or specification modifications
• Delays in customer payments or approvals
• Shipping and customs delays beyond our control

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and responsibilities will be defined in the sales contract. Risk of loss transfers to the customer according to the agreed Incoterms.

Huajia warrants that equipment manufactured by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified in the sales contract (typically 12 months from delivery or commissioning).

The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
• Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized parties
• Damage caused by external factors (power surges, accidents, natural disasters)
• Equipment operated beyond its rated capacity or specifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huajia's total liability for any claim arising from equipment supply or use shall not exceed the contract value of the equipment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, production delays, or business interruption.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, technical drawings, product designs, and software, is the property of Huajia or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Custom equipment designs and engineering solutions developed by Huajia for specific customer projects remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all technical information, business data, pricing, and proprietary information exchanged during the inquiry, quotation, and order process.

Confidential information may only be disclosed to employees, contractors, or advisors who need to know such information for the purpose of fulfilling the business relationship.

This obligation continues for three (3) years after the conclusion of the business relationship unless otherwise agreed.

Huajia collects and processes personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to such processing.

We collect information such as names, email addresses, company details, and technical requirements to provide quotations, process orders, and deliver after-sales support.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping companies, payment processors) or as required by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for reference or convenience. Huajia is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites.

Access to third-party websites is at your own risk. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before providing any information.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
