How does the cold press forming process work?
<p>The material is first heated and softened in an industrial oven, then placed into the mold installed on the cold press. The machine applies pressure to form and cool the material. After the preset pressure-holding time is completed, the mold opens automatically.</p>
Does the working table support water cooling?
<p>Yes. The 600 × 700 mm aluminum working table supports circulating cooling water to accelerate cooling and forming stabilization. A suitable external water-circulation system or optional water chiller can be configured according to the production requirements.</p>
