EVA Cases Forming Solutions
EVA cases are lightweight protective cases made from shaped EVA foam, often laminated with fabric, velvet, or PU facing materials. The material is heated in an industrial oven, then placed in a hydraulic cold press to form and set the case shell. Huajia customizes forming presses, molds, and supporting equipment for different case sizes and designs.
